Six matches played on 2nd day of CISCE National Games & Sports – 2023

Maharastra, North India, Karnataka won their matches, while Odisha finishes with draw

Bhubaneswar, 7.10.2023 : The Second day of the CISCE Football Tournament 2023 started off in the morning with the match being played between Chhatisgarh and Maharashtra, and then three more matches were played consecutively between North India versus North West, U.P. & Uttarakhand versus Bihar & Jharakhand, Karnataka versus Chhatisgarh.

In the afternoon session four more matches were played, Maharashta versus West Bengal, Tamil Nadu versus Odisha, U.A.E versus Bihar and Jharkhand both the sessions were extremely exciting. Mr. Ashok Kumar Sahoo , (Secretary of Ganjam District Athletics Association, Secretary of Odisha Basketball Association and   working vice president of Basketball Federation of India.) and Mr. Sishir Ranjan Pattnaik, BFI ( National Referee), FIBA (International table official and Basketbal coach of Odisha Police and working in OSAP 6TH Battalion Cuttack. These were the Guests in the evening,  Mrs. Abhira Das, CISCE Observer was present in the morning.

All the matches are being played in Bhubaneswar Football Academy in Unit -1, Bhubaneswar. 1st match Maharashtra vs Chhatisgarh score is 6/0, 2nd  match North India vs North West(4/0),  3rd match Uttarakhand v/s Jharkhand(2/2), 4th Match Karnataka v/s Chhatisgarh (6/0), 5th match. Maharastra v/s West Bengal(6/1), last match Tamil Nadu v/s Odisha, match is draw.

The guests were welcomed by the Principal and the Chairman-Cum-Director of the host school, Mrs.Leena Khurana and Mr.Gurpreet Singh Khurana respectively.
