TPNODL’s ‘Anubhav Kendras’ to provide a one-stop solution for electricity supply related issues

Bhubaneswar: TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), has inaugurated its Anubhav Kendra facility at Bahalda Gram Panchayat for ensuring a better connect with the Bahalda consumers and to provide door step services. The Anubhav Kendra was inaugurated by Mr. Laxman Murmu (Sarpanch-Bahalda GP) in the presence of Mr. Chinmaya Behera-Executive Engineer-Rairangpur, Mr. J Soubhagya Rasmaee (SDO NO-I Rairangpur), Mr. Subash Mallik (Section Manager) and other TPNODL Section Officials.

This Anubhav Kendra which replicates the functions of a Customer Experience Centre has been set up to improve rural service delivery and is an effective touch point for solving all problems pertaining to electricity supply. The Kendra will be handled by an extremely trained set of professionals who have been deployed for providing a host of services including bill collection, duplicate bill generation, handling new connection requests, resolving bill revision, metering issues, customer complaints, creating awareness about ‘My Tata Power App’ and digital payments along with ‘Mobile Medical Van’ services.

“We have always worked to make sure that both our urban and rural consumers have access to a seamless and effective service centre. We are in the process of scaling our existing customer care centres and simultaneously enhancing the current infrastructure. These steps is our commitment towards a robust customer satisfaction and last mile delivery of services” said, Company official.
