Bhubaneswar – Eminent endoscopic surgeon and orthopedician from Bhubaneswar, Dr. P.C. Dey, has officially taken over as the President of the Minimally Invasive Spine Surgeons Association of Bharat (MISSAB), one of the premier medical associations dedicated to spine surgery in India and globally.
The official handing-over ceremony took place during the 12th annual national conference, MISSABCON, held at The Leela Palace, Chennai. Dr. Dey received the charge from the esteemed outgoing President, Dr. Karthik Kailash.
Expressing deep honor upon assuming the leadership role for a two-year tenure, Dr. Dey highlighted his commitment to advancing medical education, surgical technology, and standard of care in minimally invasive spine surgery.
“Stepping into this role is a profound responsibility. Over the next two years, my vision is to elevate our association to new heights, driving innovation, education, and excellence in minimally invasive spine surgery.
