Rourkela’s Purvi Gupta Awarded 100% Global Citizen Scholarship to Study at GIIS SMART Campus, Singapore

Rourkela : Global Schools Group (GSG) felicitated the latest recipients of its prestigious Global Citizen Scholarship (GCS) at a grand ceremony held in New Delhi, celebrating exceptional young achievers from across India. Among the 12 outstanding scholars selected this year is Purvi Gupta from Rourkela, who has been awarded a fully funded Global Citizen Scholarship to pursue her senior secondary education at the award-winning GIIS SMART Campus, Singapore.

Established in 2008, the Global Citizen Scholarship is GSG’s flagship initiative, designed to make world-class education accessible to deserving students with exceptional academic potential and leadership qualities. The scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees, boarding, accommodation, living expenses, and a generous stipend for Grades 11 and 12. Students at GIIS SMART Campus can choose between the CBSE and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) curricula, supported by world-class infrastructure, experienced faculty, and a globally diverse learning environment. The scholarship represents an investment of approximately ₹1 crore per student over two years.
