Balasore: TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), the joint venture between Tata Power and Government of Odisha for power distribution has been awarded gold in excellence in change management amongst various organization across India. The company has been recognised for implementing change management in the organization for achieving growth of people, business and organisation.
The Chief Executive Officer of TPNODL, Mr. Bhaskar Sarkar has also been awarded GOLD in People Focussed CEO of the year category of the second edition of Economic Times Human Capital Award. Mr Sarkar was felicitated for his tremendous contribution for focusing all round development of people.
CEO Mr. Bhaskar Sarkar and Chief Human Resource and Admin Mr. Sriballv Singh received the award in along with Mr. Chittaranjan Pradhan, Mr. Sampurna Mohanty and Mr. Seshadev Panda from the HR team. The event which was organised on 2nd of this month at Hyatt Regency, Gurugram witnessed the participation of more than 500 companies across the country.
TPNODL will be completing 2 years and in such a short span the company has bagged several awards for its achievements across various categories.
