New Delhi – The Ministry of Health has issued a new guideline for people recovering from corona . It is recommended to exercise lightly every day, to do yoga, pranayama and meditation as much as possible, and to eat fresh food in the morning and evening.
Wearing masks is also said to keep social distance. Emphasis is placed on drinking warm water, eating regular healthy food chawanprash , and avoiding smoking and alcohol. The guidelines recommend taking AYUSH medicine to boost immunity, as well as testing your body temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar every day.
