Odisha Startup Yatra and Xpress expands horizon to Cuttack

Cuttack: Odisha Startup Yatra & Xpress, a flagship initiative of Government of Odisha expands its horizon to Cuttack district as it will on 16th September (Saturday) to foster the startup ecosystem at district level. After successful completion of Khordha tour, this program is now set to engage with students and startups in Cuttack district, marking the beginning of a transformative journey across all 30 districts of Odisha.

At Cuttack, Startup Yatra to cover Eight educational institute namely Ajay Binay Institute of Technology (ABIT), Ravenshaw University, Shaila Bala Women’s university, Udayanath Autonomous College of Sc. & Tech, Govt ITI Cuttack, DRIEMS College, Ganapati Institute of Engineering and Technology(Polytechnic) & Madhusudan Law College. Whereas Startup Xpress will visit Cambridge School and Bidanasi Municipalty High school.

Inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha Shri Naveen Pattnaik fews days back, Startup Yatra and Xpress have received tremendous response from students 39 colleges and 10 schools in Khordha. Large numbers of students participated at the Yatra and pitched their innovative ideas. During its first four days visit total 470+ ideas generated from Khordha with total participation of 4760 students.

After remarkable achievement in the past edition, this year the Startup Yatra aims to further take this endeavour by visiting 200+ colleges and 60+ schools thus impacting 25,000+ students. With a core focus on guiding and empowering young minds at the grassroot level in the realms of innovation and entrepreneurship, the initiatives seek to equip them for harnessing the ample opportunities within the startup ecosystem.
