The 38-year-old patient was struggling with primary sub-fertility for 10 long years with unexplained sub-fertilityadding to the complexity of challenges. This resulted in failed IVF cycles. The patient and her partner subsequently underwent a donor egg IVF programme followed byIntracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
